Water Gap Wellness Inn is an historic 50-bed landmark inn located in the heart of the tranquil Pocono Mountains. Just a few miles from New Jersey — adjacent to the world-renowned Appalachian Trail, Delaware River and spectacular Delaware Water Gap National Recreational Area — guests can enjoy a peaceful environment and endless outdoor recreational activities.

A perfect sanctuary, Water Gap Wellness Inn features spacious double rooms with full-sized beds and newly renovated baths, a “Great Room” with vaulted ceilings and stone fireplaces, hardwood flooring throughout and lots of space to reflect and restore. Each room offers beautiful views of tranquil morning sunrises and stunning evening sunsets.

Each stay includes three nutritious and balanced meals and transportation to and from the Water Gap Wellness Center or wherever the guest may be pursuing wellness. Additionally, we offer free Wifi, 44” TVs in each bedroom, memory foam mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows and housekeeping service.

Located on 100+ acres of manicured grounds, our property is one of a kind – a true retreat. Our picturesque property that is just a few miles from New Jersey offers numerous outdoor activities such as hiking and biking on masterfully groomed property or the rugged Appalachian Trail, or nature walks through the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area or pathways of the Delaware River.

In addition, we also have a beautiful private 18-hole golf course where guests can enjoy nature, reflect and discover a new sense of self.
